Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GoViral website (howtogoviral.app) and the GoViral iOS app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. What the Service is

GoViral uses artificial intelligence to analyze short-form social content you submit, estimate its viral potential, and generate improved images, captions, and videos. Analysis and generation are performed by third-party AI models, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. AI results are estimates

Scores, forecasts, benchmarks, and recommendations are AI-generated estimates. They are informational only and do not guarantee any reach, engagement, revenue, or platform outcome. Generated images, captions, and videos may contain errors or artifacts — review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use AI output, including complying with the rules of the platform you post to (for example, rules that require labeling AI-generated content).

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process, store, and transmit it to operate the Service (including sending it to the AI providers that produce your results). You promise that you have the necessary rights to everything you upload, and that you will not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, or that includes other people’s private information without their permission.

When you connect a social account or submit a post link so we can pull its public statistics, you confirm that the account is yours and you authorize us to read its public data on your behalf. Do not submit accounts or posts belonging to anyone else. You can withdraw that authorization at any time by removing the account.

4. Generated output

You may use the images, captions, and videos generated for you, including commercially, to the extent permitted by law and by the platforms you post to. Similar prompts can produce similar output for other users; we cannot guarantee uniqueness. Do not use generated output to deceive, impersonate, or harm others.

5. Free usage

New installs and new accounts get a limited number of free runs. We may change free allowances at any time.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions (for example weekly or yearly), billed to your Apple ID for purchases made in the iOS app, or to your card via Stripe for purchases made on the web. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the period ends:

• iOS: cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling before the current period ends stops the next charge.
• Web: manage or cancel from your account’s billing page.

If prices change, the new price applies only to renewals after we notify you.

7. Credit packs

Credits are one-time consumable purchases used to run analyses and generations. The credit cost of an action is shown before you confirm it. Credits are deducted when a run starts and are automatically returned to your balance if the run fails on our side. Credits do not expire, are tied to the device or account that bought them, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credits already consumed by completed runs are not refundable.

8. Refunds

Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple, and refund requests are decided by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, contact us at support@howtogoviral.app and we will review your request.

9. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service: no attempts to circumvent usage limits or payment, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no reselling of access, and no use of the Service to generate content that is illegal or harmful. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.

10. Third-party platforms

GoViral is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, X, or Apple. Platform names are used only to identify where content may be posted.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
